Pixel Pathway is a first of its kind training and employability scheme for the Post Production and VFX industry. We’re searching for fresh talent, providing FREE training up to an entry level standard in visual effects, colour grading and post production producing and a pathway into the industry. Would you like to one day create and manage work like this?

All you need is to be over 18 years of age and come with a passion, we’ll teach you the rest.

Paul Harrison

Paul is one of the world’s top colourists, known for his work in commercials for Sky, Mercedes and Stella Artois and numerous feature films and TV shows. He collaborates closely with acclaimed directors and cinematographers like MJ Delaney, Shane Meadows, Guy Ritchie, and Ed Rutherford.

Cara Kotschy

Cara is the Managing Director of Residence Pictures and brings a deep knowledge of the UK post market, industry and processes. Her goal is to discover, train and nurture new talent, to win awards and innovate to ultimately support and enable the creation of amazing original content.

Alfie Vaughan

Alfie is a VFX lead at Coffee & TV, demonstrating his skills in the creation of visual feasts including The Chemical Brothers’ ‘Free Yourself’, Lego ‘Dreamzzz’ and Coors ‘Fresh Climb’. He’s also a YouTuber and shares his knowledge and passion for VFX over on his channel to his 43,000 strong YouTube VFX community.
